Learning Music in a Group Setting
Children are naturally drawn to music and are intrinsically musical. Early childhood musical education is an invaluable asset to a child's overall development and well being, as it gives them joy and builds their skills of musical literacy. Musikgarten is an early childhood music education curriculum that engages children in music and movement through songs, stories and dance. Musikgarten involves the whole family in learning and having fun! Come join a class and experience the wonder of music with your children.

Location
Children will learn about music and movement right in the heart of Shawnigan Lake Village at Anna's Hummingbird Music Studio. Musikgarten Classes will be held outdoors and at a safe social distance for Fall and Winter 2020. The outdoors provides an ideal classroom space to learn about music and nature. Musikgarten's curriculum teaches children about music through nature, so what a better place to learn than right in the outdoors! Classes will be held outdoors under a tent to provide shelter from the sun and rain.

Piano Instruction
Anna offers private piano lessons to children ages 5 & up, and to adults as well at Anna's Hummingbird Music Studio. Private lessons are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays afternoons and early evening. Contact Anna for a spot!
